Will the Pharmacy experts that monitor the listserves please respond to the following query--Our pharmacy still allequats TPA (2mg/2ml in a 3ml syringe) then freezes them till needed--How will the new 797 regs effect how they monitor the efficacy of the both the allequating procedure and the stored frozen syringes?
