they needed two or not - cost not an issue in other words
There is now unit dosing available so the 797 regs
apply

Will the Pharmacy experts that monitor the listserves please respond to the
following query--Our pharmacy still allequats TPA (2mg/2ml in a 3ml
syringe) then freezes them till needed--How will the new 797 regs effect how
they monitor the efficacy of the both the allequating procedure and
the stored frozen syringes?
