Hi group— I need to do some research and having difficulty finding what I am looking for.  Some of these topics have been addressed before on the list, so I am hoping you can save me some time…I need some answers and published info to back them if available.  1) Average cost of PIV placement 2) Average cost of nursing hour 3) Average cost of PICC placement 4) Average cost of declotting central line and PICC (if different) 5) JCAHO guidelines for acute care regarding infusion pumps, if any, other than anti-free flow protection 6) JCAHO guidelines if any for IV medication administration 7) Documentation of accuracy with gravity or dial a flow infusion 8) Documentation of errors using gravity or dial a flow (over/under infusion) 9) Documentation of infection risks due to hub manipulation   I realize this is a large list, but any assistance is greatly appreciated.   Thank you so much!
