We use 20 g Hubers almost exclusively for adults the length based on the 
patient, occassionally we use a 19.  I have done home care/hospice and home 
infusion for a long time.

When I worked in Home Health and used 22g Huebers I found them to be very 
flimsy always had the fear they could break off--Much prefer the stability I 
feel with a 20g 3/4in--Our one inch access needles are 19g
