The largest non-coring needle we carry is 22Ga (zero problems with any product), 0.5”, 0.75”, 1” & 1.5” so we can custom-fit to the patient.

When I did home care, we only used 22 g hubers (that I can remember) & never had a problem. Even had certain pts. taught to access themselves & draw their own labs & deliver them to the labs (to keep their health costs down b/c they were chronically ill people & did nt want to use up all their benefits). I do not remember have any problems with them.  Gave TPN & Desferal through them &drew bloods al the time.
