I disagree that the Stat-lock has to be under the sterile dressing.
It's a securement device, not necessarily part of the dressing.  It's
sterile so it can be incorporated if need be.  We change them with the
dressing change whether they are inside or outside the transparent
dressing to maintain skin integrity.

clean technique?
