I would try placing the pump higher on the IV pole? Also try getting in touch with Your Hospira Rep to see if they have any recommendations.

The main complaint from the nurses is the fact that they can not see the screen unless they bend, stoop or kneel. When trying to program using the drug library, this can take a long time. If the screen were tilted, the problem would go away. At this point in time, I don't think Hospira is planning on doing anything about this. I think that something needs to be done otherwise nurses aren't going to want to take the time to program the pumps the way they should because of all the stooping, etc. that it takes. I don't know that the company has plans to make any changes at this time. Is anyone else having the same problem? If so, have you done anything about it? Thanks in advance.
