Popliteal Peripheral Catheters

Has anyone in the group been managing popliteal peripheral catheters for post-operative pain management, particularly in home care? I have been asked to gather information on the infusion of Ropivicaine 0.2% for management of postoperative pain in patients undergoing ankle or hind foot procedures. I have been able to gather info from the American Society of Anesthesiologists, but always value the input from this group. Thanks in advance for any info you share -
