I am constantly on email so found it easier to make that a routine to
reply. I often forget to actually go to the website and look at the
forum. Also, since the subject line is more prominent, I tend to
overlook what is not a high priority for me. Also, I may respond once
but usually do not have time to go back and read all the subsequent
replies.
My only suggestion - is there a way to eliminate the step of
reviewing my message before it is actually posted. This does add to
the time involved.
