I also would like to do away with the 'preview' of my mail before I send it.
Also, there are lots of issues that don't pertain to my practice and I'd
like to delete those items so I don't have to sort through them every time I
go to the site. I don't suppose there's any way to do that.........
Also, I tried to attach an item once and never got it to go. Any tips on
how to do that?

I am constantly on email so found it easier to make that a routine to reply.
I often forget to actually go to the website and look at the forum. Also,
since the subject line is more prominent, I tend to overlook what is not a
high priority for me. Also, I may respond once but usually do not have time
to go back and read all the subsequent replies.
My only suggestion - is there a way to eliminate the step of reviewing my
message before it is actually posted. This does add to the time involved.
