Of course, a simple stripe has no redundancy and thus increases your risk of having to restore from tape, but you can grow things more incrementally. (Corrollary: if you have a mirror, you need at least 2 disks to relayout and increase volume size) _______________________________________________ Veritas-vx maillist - Veritas-vx@mailman.eng.auburn.edu http://mailman.eng.auburn.edu/mailman/listinfo/veritas-vx
