Hi Bruce,

Those two problems were not related. The contact form was hosted on
our main product website on appengine, the registration server is a
machine we rent elsewhere.

The contact form has been taken down for now and the problems with the
registration process have been fixed both on the server and in
Versions 1.0.2.

I'm glad you were able to register now, sorry for the trouble.
