Because Versions is lacking MobileMe syncing, I use DropBox in place
of this. The only restriction is that the app must be quit and
relaunched for it to pick up any new settings. A minor inconvenience,
though.

1. Make sure you have DropBox installed on all computers you want to
stay in sync. (iDisk should work for this, too, but I've found DropBox
much quicker, and more reliable since it's not a separate volume).
2. Copy the "Versions" folder from ~/Preferences/Application Support/
into your DropBox, and move the original one aside.
3. Create a Symlink (not an alias!) from the Versions folder in
DropBox back to the Application Support folder.
4. On your other computers, move the original Versions folder aside,
and create a symlink as in Step 3.

Your Bookmarks.plist file will stay synchronized across all computers.
Again, the only limitation is that you'll only see changes after
quitting and relaunching the app. In my experience, this setup has
worked extremely well.

I use an Automator plugin to create the symlinks. There are also
contextual menu plugins you can install. Google 'em.

I hope MobileMe syncing comes to Versions someday nonetheless.
