Awesome news.  Everything now works.  I had some help from support
(via email) and everything seems to be working smoothly.

There's definitely something weird going on as the original license
keys now work - but haven't been reset.  I was definitely under the
limit of 5 ;) - there was only 1 recorded registration.

I've made some suggestions to support/development on how we (as users)
could be and could provide feedback when registrations fail -
currently the registration button just stays disabled or seems to hang
- well it did for me.  I'll happily work with your support/development
to reproduce this - if at all possible.

And hence... I return to be a happy and hugely supporting customer.
Ready with my new notebook to travel and commit work once again.
