When I'm in "All" mode, I get base/last/author/date for all entries. When I'm in "Changed" mode, I only get that info for locally-modified items. This is always annoying to me because it withholds information about when containing folders were last updated, or what my local base revision for that folder is. I visually distinguish changed items by the pencil/add/delete icon in the data/properties status columns, not by these presence or absence of text in these other columns. Please add this information to Changed view — it would make it that much more useful and prevent me from having to click between the two modes repeatedly.
