However, copying in Finder then adding in Versions (or Terminal) does not 
equate to an `svn copy`, so the files won't get the history of the original. 
Versions prompts for a new name when moving or copying individual items; it 
could do something similar on a per-item basis for multiple items. Finder does 
something similar when you move/copy items into a location where items with the 
same names already exist; an alert is shown for each item, with Replace / Skip 
/ Stop options.
