Hi - you should be able be able to import dates and times, either formatted 
in ISO format (like YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sss) or using the local time format. 
You need a title above each column like

mytime (time), value
05.06.11 22:46, 10.020
05.06.11 22:47, 10.000
05.06.11 22:48, 10.070
05.06.11 22:49, 10.020
05.06.11 22:50, 10.030
05.06.11 22:51, 9.980

This should import two datasets. You can then add an "xy" widget to the 
graph widget. Change the "X data" property to be "mytime" and the "Y data" 
property to be "value". This should give you a plot like you see in the 
preview for the dataset.
