I've just added Oneiric Ocelot (the latest Ubuntu) builds to the veusz
 https://launchpad.net/~jeremysanders/+archive/ppa
and veusz-daily
 https://launchpad.net/~jeremysanders/+archive/veuszdaily
PPAs.

The daily builds have a largely rewritten CSV import. It now supports European number formats (e.g. 1,23) and reading date/times in different formats. CSV import now guess better the data type of the data without it being specified.

There are also three header modes:
- Multiple - standard mode where you can have multiple datasets below each other in the csv file - 1st row - the 1st non-blank row is the header. Any text-like data below do not start a new dataset
 - None - no header, name columns by index

I've also found out that there is a bug where the Veusz linux binary (the tar file) might not support unicode directories, depending on the type of linux system it is run on. This is still under investigation.
