You can delete the Veusz preferences (detailed here):
http://www.barmag.net/veusz-wiki/PreferencesFile
You can edit the file (or registry) to remove the bad plugin, or delete
it altogether.
I need to add some code to catch errors in plugin initialisation so that
the application can start.
