Thanks Don. As you can see it works. This brings up a tool bar right above this text typing area that allows different fonts, bold, italics, etc. Way over to the right is a little icon with a mountain and the sun in it. This is the photo insert icon. Make sure your typing pointer is at the space you want to insert the picture and that you know where your photo is in your files. When you click the little icon it will ask you for the photo name or you can hit browse, find it, select it, and open it into the email body. It may be quite large, so use the drag grips to resize the photo to suit the paragraph width. With the 'rich' format, there's an 'insert picture' icon in the mail toolbar. It works great, too. If your photo is too large once inserted, just click on it and drag it to a smaller proportion using the lower right corner grip. Are we posting straight to the list or onto the group page at gmail? Ashley 2009/4/23 Anthony Spezio <bambot...@yahoo.com> I might be interested if I can find my tying bench under that mess. I've found that if I do the 'rich text' and 'insert picture' command, the photo shows up in a box I can downsize by dragging a corner. Rene used to have to post to his site, but now we can save him the trouble. This may help one another with ideas on how to arrange materials and tools. Don't clean up, as we need to know how it looks when flies are being tied. Any takers?
