Jimmy, so true, but they could go on fishing as well without the 'perfect
quarry'.
There ain't no fish off limits now to fly fihermen.
Alligator gars
Paddlefish
Great White Sharks
Sturgeon
Bass & bluegill
Billfish
Tarpon
Pike, muskie
Even non-fish catagories:
Alligators
softshell turtles (and others, but the softshell actually puts up a fight)
snakes (I caught a moccasin on a bluegill fly)
bullfrogs
So if trout were outlawed, we'd all say "OK, what's out there- will it take a
trout fly, or do we need to tie different flies for it?"
