Chuck, I made a mini lathe with my dremel, using an upholstery needle to hold the foam and a emery board to shape it. I used a towel to protect my dremel and put it in my bench vise.

Jack: Thanks man. You opened up my memory bank, and showed me a good site to see about buying those cutters etc. I had forgotten it , but I have a whole box of Shells I got from ppl like Don O (who sent me some 50 caliber empty shells), and other ppl have sent me 9mm, 38 caliber, 44 caliber, 410 gauge and 20 gauge shotgun shells as well. I work pretty good as long as you drill out the firing pin so you can stick say, a 1/16" dowel through that hole to get the "popper bodies" to "pop out" of the shells. But the ones you showed me on that sight, which a little pricey at first, have the built in center pilot drill to drill the hole for re hook shank, and then you can get the shapers that fit a dremel tool (which I already have) Anyway, I think I'll at least order a 3/8" cutter for bluegills and a 1/2" or 5/8" for bass poppers.
