I have been building about 15-20 of them this week out of balsa wood, and they are VERY time consuming (at least they are to me). I think I'm gonna try the pre formed (and maybe pre colored) foam heads, but need to know where the best deal is on them. I think I'll try ebay, but was windier if anybody knew a good supplier.
