When you get to 10 swappers, you can take if off line and have them settle on
10 hooks.

I remember working out all of the bugs with Byard on the Whiting Co-op Swap,
but it did work out and the swaps were popular and everyone got a lot of
different hackles at an excellent price. Byard was the beneficiary.

Here, the swappers will be the beneficiaries, as there is no store mark-up.

I have 7 spots taken in the swap. $5to me to order the hooks. I will
dividne them upby weight, on a blance scale that goes to 0.1 grams. Hooks with
labels as to what they are will be in plastic bags.

You can do that if only 9 others sign up.

It works in a block of 10. Any portion can be doubled, but it just becomes 2
tenths.

Once he has 10 hooks styles in 10 sizes that 10 swappers agree on, he has a
complete co-op swap. I will donate some hooks to Rick and some flies and make
sure he has enough $$$ for S&H to make it worth his while.
