When you get to 10 swappers, you can take if off line and have them settle on 10 hooks.
I remember working out all of the bugs with Byard on the Whiting Co-op Swap, but it did work out and the swaps were popular and everyone got a lot of different hackles at an excellent price. Byard was the beneficiary. Here, the swappers will be the beneficiaries, as there is no store mark-up.
