Our heat wave is subsiding, at least for a little while. 86 degrees right now at 3:00 p.m. Yesterday was 101. All this cool weather really soes nothing for the vegetation. We need rain, rain, rain. Supposed to get some thru the weekend. Will the damned "high" ever move? We've had 72 straight days of 100 + temps, while all around us is wet and cool weather. A few days of good soaking rain would "green" the grass out and we wouldn't have to feed so much hay.
