The fonts appear to be computer generated or typeset. The latter is less
likely because they would follow a more standard formatting of a page.

The #21 could be a page since it is an odd number and the gutter is to the
left. It is strange that a page number would be placed on that side. The
use of the # sign may indicate it is a table instead of a page number. That
would better fit the content of the page.

The terms used are somewhat strange for standard English.

Hook Descriptions

Hooks (Triple) -instead of treble, although it is in parallel form with the
use of double, single, triple. Note the terms are in alphabetical order
instead of a logical single, double, treble. (This may indicated the list
was alphabetized by the computer.)

Unusual adjective formations

Popping propellered

Yarned

Double-lobed-lipped

Cavitied

XXXX-like

This may be from a self-published work of some kind. An editor might have
corrected the descriptions in the list.

I did several searches for different content on the page and could not find
anyone else that used these terms that might provide a lead.

Subject: [VFB] Does anyone know where this comes from?

Hi VFB,

I am preparing to teach a workshop, and one reference I would like to use as
an example of a "cheat sheet" for creative thinking is attached. Does
anyone know what book this page comes from? I think it was a publication on
bass fishing.

Long shot, I know!

Thanks,
