That was a really interesting analysis.

I've had a couple of private replies, but no luck yet.  I am putting a hold
on every bass fishing book at the local library, so will see if that page
is in one of those (doubt it).

I just would like to be able to credit this properly.  But, if as you say,
this was some sort of self-published work that has long since vanished?
