Can Diabetics use Stevia as a sweetener??? We stopped using it as it’s pretty expensive, but I’d hate to have to ever give up my sweet tea LOL. When we put it in tea, about three days later, it tasted just the same as refined sugar to us. I’m not sure which planting regions it will grow in, but you can buy either seeds or cuttings online.
