There is a product called FruitSweet. Is a cold evaporated fruit blend. Generally, one serving is a fruit exchange. I use this product at work for desserts. I would most definitely check with your doctor before using as it is fructose. Our membership loves the desserts made with. Even the ones who hate foods made with the other sweetners.
