Google 'Sleazy Steve'. Its something like Soggy Bottom Fly Shop. They
have the cutters and the mandrels for spinning on a Dremel tool. I
highly recommend.

ORRRRRR!!!! Can somebody tell me if I’m doing something wrong that is
dulling the brass shells after about 8-10 popper heads to the point
that they start just “tearing” the foam, instead of punching it
cleanly????
