I had problems when last time I subscribed to the print version so I cancelled, then went to digital and no problem for a couple of years then they changed software or new service or something which switched me for some reason to print again, plus not being able to log in and I was left owed 3 copies hence cancelling and buying of eBay. I rang them several times and told it will be sorted but it never was.
