Nick,

One recourse you do have is to complain publicly and complain specifically
about the web site and administrator (by name).  If you decline to do even
this, there is even less liability for the theft by the people involved.
It DOES matter now. They need to be made accountable for their behavior,
even if all that happens is scuffing their "reputation".
