I use rubber and silicon gloves (cleaning or surgical). They have
different thicknesses, colours, and are cheap. The other benefit is
the rolled bit at the opening. If you buy it there so you are left
with a rolled silicon 'rope', it wraps around the hook to give an
awesome segmented body such as in a grub. Want it thinner? Just pull
tighter.

A complete set costs $39.95 and you can
use whatever foam color, touched up with
Permapen you wish. Or, as Pete says, you
can buy them from Lively Legz pre-made. I
agree with him, legs on my flies seem to
add a bit more action in this form than
simple knotted legs.

my nymphs with these legs almost
exclusively.
