Rob There is not much you can do to fix the dye on the feathers you have. You may be able to redye. Red is one of the harder colors to dye so not sure of the result you will get. Requires more heat to set the red pigments in the dye.
In my opinion I think they should be returned to supplier, but if you look at my postings on dying Part 1 and 2 these show a method to dye if you decide to try to fix them. Harmen
