Hey, Byard.....My epoxy minnows are just as much a "fly" as are
scuds, streamers, crayfish, San Juan's, muddlers, yarn eggs, and on
and on.
I've searched my soul and declare that any fly (not molded, ect from the PA fish commish handbook) that imitates a true fly or even insect is the only true fly. For regulation purposes, we can include your group. Once epoxy is added it gets murky. And if it spins....
