Here is a simple pattern from Poul Jorgensens "Dressing Flies For fresh and
Salt Water"

Flidart

Hook:    8 4xl
tail:    Yellow Calf tail
Body:    White floss over .01 lead
Rib:     Embossed medium width silver tinsel.
Wing: none
Head: red-orange Fl.floss.

Picture looks like a dart <G>.

Have a couple more patterns if you're interested.
