Tony: I would tie them for us just as you would for
yourself. At least now we know, and if the lead is illegal in our state,
we wouldn't use your fly, but tie some without the lead. Looks like a
no-brainer to me. Is there more to this issue than that?

I have a question for the group. The pattern that I choose to
tie for the swap includes a few wraps of lead under the dubbing. I've started
the 100 flies, beads in place, tails tied on, and I just started to put the lead
on them when I thought about this.
I know that lead is illegal in many states, so should I leave
the lead off or put it on?
Thanks
