For steelhead streamers and such, I really like Fox boxes. They sell pretty cheaply in my neck of the woods and are held with little plastic grippers that hold the hook upright.
The other box that might be useful is my Orvis giant nubby tack/foam box that holds my steelhead marabous. It does a good job too, but I really wish it was nubby tack on both sides.
