No Cookie cutters used. Try taking a wide strip of foam, tie it in 90* to shank at the hook eye with a length on either side of the shank. Fold the far side along the shank and tie of at the bend of the hook. Do the same with the near side. That might work for the Tommy Toad, give it a try. Tony [EMAIL PROTECTED]
