question on your winging technique. Is it a variation on the Wonderwing type
of fly tied byWilliam j Golding? Saw the method in John Veniards book A
Further Guide to FlyDressing which says that Mr G first tied the fly in
1934. I tied one about 6 or 7 years ago. Took a load of fish on it and still
have it in my fly box. The detatched deer hair body I put on it is ok and
the wing is fine but sadly the 3 tails I put in have long gone. Used it once
last year and took fish on it then too !! Is that a good record or what ?
