Speaking of making pre-made dubbing ropes using fine wire...does anyone know
of a good source for pure nickel wire? I saw Bill Merg make some ropes with
this and it was SOOOOOO flexible!

dubbing and love it. Makes it really easy (turns out the same as
Don's dub a
rope). I also use the vise to make my own predone dubbing ropes
using fine
copper wire, then just wind them on. Works slick. So, as to the
turbo
twister..don't have one and see no need for it in my "practice".
