I am wondering if anyone on the list can address the law in Canada that
requires Americans et al, to pay a 300 dollar insurance permit to enter
Canada if the individual has a past history of alcohol and drug related
convictions. It does not seem to matter when, in time, the convictions
were recorded.
If this is an old topic, I am sorry.
Just preparing for NEC. Although this does not apply to my personal
history, others may not be so lucky. I am not sure what the Canadian
Mounties would do if they captured someone without the necessary paperwork.
Any clues?
Gert
