Try US Plastics in Neubrecht Ohio.  (check spelling of town)  They are also 
on line.  While I am not familiar with the tubes you are referring to, I 
have bought tubing as well as clear PVC pipe from this company.  They are 
reasonable, quick and oh yes, expect a Christian religious tract with your 
order.
