I have never worn a vest that was comfortable to fish in all day.
I've been fly fishing for over 50 years, and up to a couple of years ago
wore a vest. I now have a chest pack/back pack/belt pack combo that I really 
like.
The trouble with a vest is you tend to carry more than you actually need to fish with 
due to the abundance of pockets.
