Someone told me if you call them about problems with the O ring they will
send you a hand full of replacements.

I do like the traveler I have, even though there are two things that bother
me about it
1. It uses a rubber O ring for tension
2. The finish isn't as good as it could be, had mine for almost a year now
and it looks older.
