The Fly Box sells it. What I do is: Tie on some silver holo tinsel. Tie in fine copper wire. Wrap tinsel 3/4 way up the hook. Tie in a piece of ultra chenille or vernille with one end burnt. The tail should extend 1/2 - 1/4 inch past the hook bend. Secure it with the copper wire with 3 wraps forward. Use some grouse fibers for the legs under the hook - like a beard. Take two woodduck fibers and tie them in over the top extended past the chenille. Then use black ostrich herl for the head and tie off. Since this was the first time I fished it, I realized three things: 1) Use Daichi hooks (or other top quality hook) because you will catch a lot of fish!! 2) I recommend rope dubbing the ostrich herl as this was the first to go on the fly after 5 fish. I still caught fish with it gone...but not as many. 3) The tail will start to really move freely after many fish. This is the uniqueness of this fly. I fished it with sinking line. Since I was in a pond, I let it sink - stripped it fast and then slowed it down when it emerged and came to the surface. I had hits throughout the retrieve. When I first put it on I have 8 consecutive cast with hits. The hit ratio per cast was about 80% and the hook up ratio was 50%. Again, mostly small brookies, but many with hooked jaws and very strong. On a 5 weight with 6X tippet - it was a great day. Thanks.
