My brother-in-law had the new Orvis basket. Deeper cones in the bottom and rounded rim. I used twice and liked it better than basket I had previously used. BUT--HERE IS MY FAVORITE http://www.feather-craft.com/fc2002/page19.html scroll down to item 534- the stripping aid. I have used this on beaches in the Northeast and in Florida. I even use on the casting deck if the wind is whipping. It goes with me in my yak. I have not found anything better ! Jerry Goldsmith Altamonte Springs, Fl.
