I worked on it last night and I love it. The very first hook I put in the vise came out my best looking fly, ever. I set up the vise, loaded a bobbin spool and tied the best pheasant tail mayfly I have ever tied. I tied the best tinsel body streamers the first time I put my hand to it. I am sold. For me the measure of all other vises will be can I tie better on the first hook than I can on my Nor-vise? If not there will be no need for me to tie a second. At first I thought I was spending a lot of money for a this vise. After the first night I am grateful that Don Johnson turned me on to the vise and the Nor-vise is as reasonable as it is. If it were stolen today I would have another shipped overnight with out a thought. I know this sounds like a commercial but I am not affiliated with Nor-vise in any way. I only hope that someday the quality of my fly's are as good as the quality of my Nor-vise.
John: I have never regretted investing the $$$ in my Nor-vise. I hope that you will come to enjoy yours as much as do mine. It will do many things for you, and make your tying faster, easier, and funner.
