If you have not seen the video on the Norvise it is worth watching. Norm is no actor and the video is not particularly well done but it gives a good demo of the vise. When it arrived I was blown away by the quality of the workmanship. The thing is clearly designed and built by someone with a love and understanding of the sport. There are many fine vises and I am sure most of them far surpass by needs and ability. After I on it for the swap I will report on how it goes.
It was at the hospital but circumstances demanded quick action. As they were rushing here down on the hall to the O.R. the doctor told my wife they needed to hurry. My wife told her to do what ever it took and the doctor followed instructions. She got a couple of tokes on the gas mask and they began the procedure at the same time they anesthesiologist was starting his lines. The first few days were hard for all of us but the boy appears to have no lasting effects from his ordeal.
just lookin for someone who chose the anvil vice, thats the one i'm looking at, as i'm still usin an old veniards(1970's) vice.
Ian or Iain both translate as john dont matter which spelling but he should be greatfull that he was given a name that can be shouted down the street or shouted down the isles of the Supermarket without causing him embarasment. I guess your right, your wife probably was t in the right frame of mind to be persuaded. Without anesthesia. ?? wot no hospital ??
