Sorry about the off-topic post, but this list is such a great resource that I thought I might ask a quick question and have people reply back to me off-list.
I am currently looking to get a bird dog, and wonder if anyone has any ideas on what to look for in the litter. Some people look for the first puppy to come up to them, others wait for to see which dog is the loner, etc. I am looking at getting a Brittany Spaniel if that helps.
